Having worked in the mortgage lending industry for many years, I always knew that my ultimate goal would be to open my own mortgage company.  I pride myself on being very down-to-earth and caring with my clients, giving them every available loan option so they are able to make an educated decision regarding home financing.
My husband and I own a home in the area where we are raising our two children, a boy and a girl.  On the weekends, we can be found at local tractor pulls around the state with my parents and their “souped up” 1952 Oliver tractor.
Clients that come to my office will be warmly greeted and will enjoy the down home attitude that I offer to everyone.  With Mortgage Experts, Inc., the name truly does say it all!  Stop by sometime and see for yourself.

My profession has always been in the housing industry. I owned a real estate/construction company for several years and I have helped many customers and clients with their housing needs. When I was unexpectedly invited to join Mortgage Experts Inc. I decided it was time for a change, and accepted the invitation to become a “loan originator”. I can continue to help people acquire a home, just in a different way than I have in the past. I have always and will continue to take pride in providing exceptional customer service. After all, buying a home is usually the largest financial investment a family or individual will ever make. More importantly, a house is a place for family and friends to share their happiness and security, making a house into a home. When I help my clients achieve this, I’ve successfully done my job.
I have two children, Ben and Megan. My kids are now adults, but they are still the most important part of my life. They lead busy lives and I cherish the time that I am able to spend with them. I am also fortunate to have many good friends, and enjoy our time together as well.
 I have a home in the country. My daughter and I have quarter horses, and we share her welsch corgi dog, Buster. I truly love the peace and quiet of country life.

I have been in the mortgage lending industry since 2002, and have found there is nothing more rewarding than helping clients achieve financing, whether to purchase a home or refinance their current loan, it is an exciting experience for everyone.
When doing financing with me, clients will find that I work hard to find the right mortgage fit for them.  I am happy to meet with my clients face-to-face, over the phone or via internet, whatever is most convenient for them.
In my free time, in enjoy spending time with my family, my husband, Chuck, daughter, Brittni and Son, Dustin.  We especially enjoy the summer when we can go up to our camper on Lake Holcombe and spend time with friends, boating, fishing and enjoying the local entertainment around us.

Debbie Schoenfuss
Assistant Manager/Loan Processor
My career in the real estate industry started in 1992 when I went to work for a local attorney as a legal assistant.  From there, I became a mortgage processor and now am the assistant manager and loan processor for the owner of Mortgage Experts.  During my many years of experience, I have had multiple responsibilities in the lending industry to include loan processing, title insurance and loan closings.
My husband and I love to follow our two children, a daughter and a son, through their many endeavors, from sports to scouting.  Our summer months are filled with camping, softball and baseball.  During the school year, you can find us at football games and wrestling meets thru-out Central Wisconsin.  All of this has left us with fond family memories of wins, losses, great plays, big accomplishments and those occasional embarrassing moments, too.
When you are looking for financing, you will appreciate my many years of experience and helpfulness to aid you in a quick, courteous and professional manner.
